Don't be a Jackass

Today in a supermarket, I saw a guy open carrying in a shoulder holster. He was wearing those glove-like, five-toe, "barefoot" shoes, shorts, and a t-shirt, with the shoulder holster over the t-shirt. He looked like an idiot. The shoulder rig was loose, the pistol on one side and 2 spare mags on the other all hanging down to his waist and swinging and flopping around as he moved. His gun muzzled people behind him as they moved through the aisles and check-out lanes. He even muzzled his wife and kids as the family moved around. There is a time and place for a shoulder rig, but this was not it. He looked like the reason that famous shoulder holster is called the “jackass rig”. Don’t be that guy.
