I am a life-long athlete and martial artist, and have been coaching and instructing for years. My credentials include a CrossFit Level 2 trainer certificate (CF-L2). I coach at CrossFit E3 in Eagle, ID, where I am now accepting a limited number of personal training clients through OGA, the personal training division of High Desert Strategic LLC.
